This tinker is well into the world of tiny things now. I have an eta 2824-2 out of a mid 90's watch. It was running but with extremely low amplitude. After a service it came up to about 180 degrees. I cannot get it any higher. The escape wheel will spin with the slightest touch of the barrel and I just put in a new escape wheel and fork today. It's just barely passing 180deg. Any idea where to go next?

This is a learning movement for me. It's not about getting it working, it's about why it's not working

The only odd thing I notice is the fork tends to "snap" a little faster one way than the otherPXL_20230601_150749830.jpg
